Easy Returns & Replacements at Creative For Kids

At Creative For Kids, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our print-to-order products. We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we do accept returns and offer solutions under the following conditions. We encourage you to carefully review product details, including accurate dimensions, before placing your order.

Our 30-Day Return & Replacement Promise

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a product return or report an issue, please:

  1. Use the Contact Us form on our website. Or instruction sent with your order.
  2. Include your order number, a list of the products you need to return, and a detailed reason for the return.

For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos of:

  1. The damaged product.
  2. The damaged packaging or shipping tube.
  3. The front of the clearly readable mailing label.

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Fault):

We will always replace or fully refund items that arrive damaged, are defective due to a material flaw, or if we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong size, product, or material sent).

Resolution: Upon verification, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not desired or possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Creative For Kids will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label if the item needs to be returned.

No Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply to these types of returns.

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim is approved, we will typically send your replacement within within 5-7 business days at no additional cost.

Returns for Other Reasons (Customer Remorse)

Due to the custom nature of our print-to-order products, returns for reasons other than those listed above (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer, customer ordering error) are generally not accepted. However, we are happy to work with you to find a solution, which may include reordering at a reduced cost. Please contact us to discuss options.

Restocking Fees & Exchange Policy

  • Restocking Fee: Policy: Returns (excluding verified defects) are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value. This fee covers the costs associated with quality inspection, repackaging, and the diminished resale value of custom items.
  • Exchanges: Creative For Kids accepts exchanges only in cases where we have sent the wrong size, product, or material. We cannot accommodate exchanges for customer ordering errors or changes of mind.

Return Shipping Requirements & Address

If an item needs to be returned (as requested by Creative For Kids for an eligible return):

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including bubble wrap if present when unpacking.
  • Please ship the return back promptly after receiving our return instructions and shipping label.
  • For returns due to customer error or change of mind (if exceptionally approved by us), return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for International Orders

  • This returns policy applies to product purchases in both countries, the U.S. and Canada.
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery or shipping times for international orders outside the U.S. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international orders. We can provide an estimate for insurance upon request.
  • International shipping costs may vary. Ask us in advance for an estimate. We work with each individual case and try to get the best shipping rate possible.
  • While we strive for timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee delivery or shipping times due to customs and local carrier variations.

Final Steps

Once we receive and review your eligible returned item, we will process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible, typically within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
