Return Policy
At Creative For Kids, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our print-to-order products. To help you make informed decisions, we provide clear product details, including accurate dimensions. Please note, all orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Return Procedures
- We can only accept returns for products that are defective due to a material flaw or if we made a mistake with your order. If your item is defective, please send us photos of the issue, and we will send you a replacement. In some cases, we may ask that you return the original item, and we will provide a shipping label for this.
- We do not cover the cost of replacement for items damaged due to installation errors.
- If your item is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement for defective items.
Return Fees and Claims
• If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is approved, we will cover all shipping costs for sending a replacement.
Product Exchanges
Creative For Kids accepts exchanges only in cases where we have sent the wrong size, product, or material. As all items are printed to order, we cannot accommodate exchanges for customer ordering errors. However, we are happy to work with you to find a solution, though additional costs may apply if the mistake was on your end.
Returns for International Orders
- This returns policy applies to product purchases in both countries, the both U.S. and Canada.
- We are unable to guarantee delivery or shipping times for international orders outside the U.S. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international orders. We can provide an estimate for insurance upon request.
