Returns Policy

To ensure you have all the necessary details before making a purchase, we provide accurate dimensions and relevant product information. As a result, Creative For Kids orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

 

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement for any affected product due to a manufacturing defect.

 

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the US over $100.00. We work hard to process all order and get them shipped in 3-5 business days.

Shipping to Canada

Rates for shipping to Canada:

$20 for $100 or less
$40 for $101 to $250
$60 for $251 to $500
$80 for $501 or more.
