Wall Decal Instructions

Please Read Before You Apply Your Stickers!

Thank you for your order! We’re thrilled to be part of your space. Follow these simple steps for best results and long-lasting fun!

Best Surfaces for Sticking:

Apply to clean, smooth, indoor surfaces like:

- Painted drywall

- Smooth walls (light orange peel is NOT smooth)

- Glass

- Metal

- Inside, climate-controlled areas

Surfaces to Avoid:

Wall stickers don’t work well on:

- Textured or unpainted walls

- Brick or cinder block

- Porous or rough wood paneling

- Outdoor walls

- Freshly painted surfaces (wait 30 days!)

- Certain specialty paints (low/no VOC, paint + primer)

*Sticking to rough or freshly painted walls may cause peeling.

Let’s Get Started!

Step 1: Unroll & Relax

Lay decals flat for at least 2 hours before applying.

Step 2: Clean the Wall

Use a warm, damp cloth (no soap!) and let it dry completely.

Step 3: Grab a Buddy

Large decals? Ask a friend for help! Small ones can be done solo.

Step 4: Take Your Time

Relax, enjoy the process, and don’t rush.

Step 5: Peel & Apply Slowly

- Cut out each decal if needed.

- Peel from the top and stick a small part to the wall.

- Slowly smooth it down with minimal pressure.

- Carefully reposition if needed.

Step 6: Smooth It Out

Use a credit card or plastic edge to press out air bubbles.

Start from the center and push out to the edges.

Be gentle around small or pointed parts (like arms, hair, or tails).

Note: If you choose to apply these wall decals to slightly textured walls, “Roman Seam Repair” (available online and at home stores) can help edges stick permanently, should they begin to peel.

Step 7: Cleaning Decals

Wipe gently with a very damp cloth. No harsh cleaners needed.

Got a Rough Wall? Try This Trick!

Churches love this for brick or cinder block walls:

Buy a 4' x 8' corrugated plastic sheet (Home Depot or similar).
Stick your decal to the plastic.
Use a sharp utility knife to trim around the shape.
Hang with 3M Command Strips.

Now you’ve got a movable, sturdy character that sticks anywhere—even brick!
